4 things you didn't know about Deep Web

The internet  has provided a platform for people to share their thoughts, views and inventions with the world. But as every coin has 2 sides this boon has a dark side as well. Not 100% dark but I would say a disturbing one.

According to  TheGuardian, you can access only up to 0.03% of the whole internet using your normal internet browsers.

WHAT IS DARK INTERNET/DEEP WEB?

What you surf all day is just the tip of the iceberg.The part of the iceberg that you can't access using your normal browsers is refereed to as DARK INTERNET or DEEP WEB

WHY CAN'T I ACCESS THE DEEP WEB?

Web pages in the deep web are not listed by the search engines like Google, Bing etc.

The sites in the deep web do not have a specific IP.

Let me break it down for you, whenever you search for something on google, google takes the search term and using CRAWLING it searches for relevant web pages that contain that search phrase.

It only considers static pages and not dynamic ones.

In deep web, all the web pages are dynamic meaning every website has a different IP at different moments of time.So search engines cannot find them.Also, as the IP changes every time we cannot track the location of that IP using regular methods.

HOW CAN I ACCESS DEEP WEB THEN?

Accessing the deep web is not that difficult as you might think.The sites in the deep web are encrypted using TOR and to access them you need the same encryption program.So all that you need is a TOR browser.The TOR browser makes you anonymous and lets you access the deep web.

SHOULD I ACCESS THE DEEP WEB?

Deep Web is not a safe place.It contains a lot of disturbing websites and images that if you see you can't unsee.

Deep Web is all about Child Trafficking, Drugs , Human Experiments , Online Guns marketplace and lots more.It should only be accessed for research purposes.

I researched some sites for the deep web before writing this post and I came across some really disturbing images so I highly recommend not to get into all this and stay safe.
