First Look:The G3

All hail,the display giant,the LG G3. This phone has attracted  attention of many tech gurus all over the world, and i am amazed by the phone's outstanding specs sheet.

This phone was announced by LG in May,2014 and will be released in the market shortly.

The Highlighter.

The thing that has stunned many is its display.The G3 has a amazing 2560 by 1440 display,now thats a big thing.A few years back phones with 1080p displays were quite unusual but today almost every big mobile manufacturer has a phone with that display.

So we can say that the G3 has become a trendsetter,but you never whats next.The display is razor sharp with a True IPS display with wide viewing angles and a 5.5 inch screen.So full marks for LG in the display department. 

The next thing that strikes is the battery that powers this guy.The G3 is powered by a 3000mAh battery,but the question is,is it enough to lit all those pixels and provide a considerable on screen time?

Well,I dont have the answer yet.

There a lot of technical things to discuss like the processor,RAM,OS but these are overshadowed by its display specs.

The Technical.

The G3 runs on a Snapdragon 801 chip with 3GB RAM (which is quite impressive).You get android kitkat out of the box and a 13 MP primary camera and 2.1 MP secondary camera with impressive tweaks like you can take a selfie with by clinching your fist in front of the camera.Come on LG you can do much better than that....!!

The picture quality is quite good.The camera has some other features like the optical image stabilization,auto focus and for the record it does a 1080p @30fps video recording.
